Is there a possibility to create employee contract forms and link each employee to one or more contracts?

You must create a contract model through the settings and upload all the hashtags related to the employee’s data by clicking on the settings module, then the document model, then going to fill in the contract model, then pressing the add button, choosing the employee, and choosing the contract model, and the contract will be created automatically.
