What are the procedures for calculating sick leave days according to labor law?

From  the Attendance Module:

  • Go to the SubModule “Regulations”
  • On “Vacations”  Select “Vacation Type ”
  • Select Add
  • Enter the Regulation Name 
  • Select Paid “NO” 
  • On Unpaid hours Field , Enter  the hours that will be deducted from the employee
  • Add the balance to it from the Vacation opening balances screen
